FAITHFUL RECOVERY
To provide peer support services in mental health and 12-Step Recovery (Sponsorship, discipleship, mentorship). Skill enhancement courses provided in small groups and one-on-one. We do NOT counsel; we refer based on individual needs.

HILL COUNTRY ADHD COACHING
In-person (or Zoom) ADHD Coaching for all ages starting at age 7 or 8. On-demand parent training available. NOT A COUNSELOR. Coaching is dependent on the need, such as planning, prioritizing, social skills (ADHD) related), time management, etc. Small groups are planned as the business grows. Educational consultation is available for parents regarding navigating 504 & Special Education services. A free discovery session is available for those wishing to learn more.
All ages starting from about 7 or 8 years old. Coaching available weekly or two times a month. Groups will be added later this year. A person does not have to be diagnosed with ADHD to receive help.

KERRVILLE ISD DISTRICT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
To provide mental health assessment and intervention to KISD students as referred by campuses. Referrals for services for students come from school counselors and administrators. Assessment is non-diagnostic and intervention is short term. Referrals to community mental health providers will be provided and schools will coordinate with these providers as needed.

LAHACIENDA TREATMENT CENTER
To provide outreach services, family support, and 12-step meetings after discharge from treatment. The staff is skilled in accepting each individual for who and where they are then providing an individual plan for recovery. Adult programs and programs for men are provided. Treatment is provided for alcoholism, dual diagnosis, mental health and substance abuse, and opioid addiction. Levels of care include outpatient, 12-step, and alternate support. Clinical services include family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, and life skills. Private insurance and self-pay options are accepted.

NEW HOPE COUNSELING SERVICES (HILL COUNTRY CHRISTIAN COUNSELING CENTER, INC.)
To provide professional, evidence-based mental health counseling services and well-being across the family life cycle for all in the Hill Country area in English or Spanish. New Hope provides a wide array of services, such as, but not limited to: grief/loss; violence/abuse-sexual, substance abuse; anger management; PTSD; anxiety/depression; veteran’s issues; play therapy; trauma-focused strategies; and integrated behavioral healthcare with a focus on diabetes, obesity, smoking cessation, etc. Helping to promote personal development and independence, the New Hope therapists counsel with individuals: children from 4 years of age, adolescents, teens, adults, the elderly as well as couples and families; inclusive of all faiths and all socio-economic levels. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance accepted; sliding fee scale & financial assistance available for those below 200% Federal poverty guidelines. The 18-week BIPP State-approved curriculum is provided every Monday evening from 6-8 pm. Call for details/registration. New Hope does NOT provide psychology/psychiatry services or medication.
Eligibility Criteria: All are welcomed for outpatient mental healthcare. HILL COUNTRY COUNCIL ON ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE (HCCADA)
To provide prevention programs and services, education and outpatient treatment & recovery support for Bandera, Kendall & Kerr Counties. Most substance use prevention services are free of charge & include youth prevention programs taught in elementary, middle, & high schools; adult & community prevention presentations; & fun, creative activities for school districts, civic & parent organizations, & senior centers. We can provide presentations on stress relief, bullying, communication skills & journaling. We also provide mental health awareness training &, for a fee, alcohol & drug assessments. Education services include court ordered classes like the Drug Offender Education Program, DWI Education and DWI Intervention, referral services, Victim’s Impact Panel, Alcohol Awareness/Minor in Possession courses, & tobacco counseling & education. HCCADA’s Kerrville office also conducts 5-Panel Hair Follicle drug tests. Outpatient treatment & recovery services include individual & group counseling. Parent Awareness & Drug Risk Education (PADRE), & recovery support services.
