Our onsite school offers a free, online accredited high school credit recovery and diploma program for residents and community youth. Our transitional living program offers safe, secure and affordable housing in a supportive learning environment. Our program includes a Young Mother’s Home for young mothers (ages 18-24) with up to two children. Through case management, Enhanced Horizons works with residents to develop individualized transitional living plans, a goal-driven plan of support and services. Housing, independent living skills, career-vocational training and apprenticeships, educational support and transportation are included in our program. Our program motto is—Come, grow and Go!
