To provide, through a cooperative effort among Kerr County churches, food, clothing, new prescriptions, & help with utility bills (up to $100 every 3 months, but not if disconnected). CAM works closely with other community agencies and government assistance programs to help clients locate the best resources to help them. LIDDA services include coordinating & monitoring on-going services, Home & Community-Based Services (HCS) & Texas Home Living Interest Lists, helping students transition from school services to community-based services, and aiding families who are seeking residential services for children & adults. The program provides health care for citizens who meet program requirements (place of residence, income, resources). The program may also available to certain undocumented persons who meet eligibility requirements. Kerr County residents who live at sober homes, the homeless and people living at the Salvation Army are not considered.
